This session is a full body experience based on traditional Yoga poses and original Pilates movements to add a mind-body awareness and a core & posture-focused routine to your workout. It provides a huge benefit to your body balance, stamina and flexibility. It tones and strengthens, using only your own bodyweight. Suitable for all abilities whether a beginner or more experienced.
You can cancel or reschedule your class booking online up to 30 minutes before the scheduled class start time. When you cancel your booking, your class credit will be refunded. When you reschedule your booking, your credit can be used for the next booked session. Each class is password-protected, so it's a safe online space. Please make sure you cancel/reschedule your booking if you cannot attend.
