Service Description

If you are not absolutely new to fitness but you feel that you need a little boost to improve yourself then this session is for you! Within weeks of starting you will notice that your stomach is flatter. Your muscles will feel more toned and your joints will be looser and more supple. Some people even claim to get taller as their spine is stretched and straightened. Your posture in everyday life will improve as you strengthen the body’s central core muscles, helping you to stand straight and hold your upper body correctly. In this 90 minutes session you learn how your body works, discover new and effective ways of exercising and toning your body. You will be taught to align your body perfectly before starting an exercise, and then to focus on individual muscle groups and work them without putting strain on other areas. You also get a Pilates exercise plan that suits your goals. Prices are vary if you book more sessions or you bring a friend. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Cancelation Policy

You can cancel or reschedule your class booking online up to 30 minutes before the scheduled class start time. When you cancel your booking, your class credit will be refunded. When you reschedule your booking, your credit can be used for the next booked session. Each class is password-protected, so it's a safe online space. Please make sure you cancel/reschedule your booking if you cannot attend.
