This virtual class is based on the traditional Pilates method and principles such as strengthening, stretching and realigning the body. The session helps to tone the abdomen, release tension in the shoulders and alleviate tiredness. It is designed for: -> Postnatal/new mums to work those stubborn areas affected by pregnancy and labour, to tone the pelvic floor and abdominals, to strengthen the core including lower back which is very important after giving birth with the constant lifting and carrying. -> Those with pain/injury/discomfort in lower back, hips, pelvis and/or shoulders. -> All ages and levels to promote wellbeing, improve posture, prevent pain. Props you need: - Pilates soft ball (20cm / 8inch) - Yoga brick - Cushion - Towel (rolled up)
You can cancel or reschedule your class booking online up to 30 minutes before the scheduled class start time. When you cancel your booking, your class credit will be refunded. When you reschedule your booking, your credit can be used for the next booked session. Each class is password-protected, so it's a safe online space. Please make sure you cancel/reschedule your booking if you cannot attend.
