This session is basically for anyone who wants to feel taller, improve back strength, improve their posture, decrease the knots in their shoulders and neck and find more space in their joints. Achieving correct or ideal alignment prior to performing an activity or exercise is essential, otherwise injury can occur. You may not feel it in your 20s or notice it, but there’s a point at which the body just says ‘enough'. Its long-term effects are huge! In this 1 hour session we focus on your posture, the basic pilates principles and set up. It is an essential start to improve your everyday life. It gives you a better understanding what pilates is about and helps to perform the movements safe and more effective. If you are a regular to any pilates classes you will be more confident! You can cancel or reschedule your class booking online up to 30 minutes before the scheduled class start time. When you cancel your booking, your class credit will be refunded. When you reschedule your booking, your credit can be used for the next booked session. Each class is password-protected, so it's a safe online space.
